Using the Platform

Clients and creatives are responsible for the accuracy of the information they share. All interactions must be handled with honesty, professionalism, and clear communication.

Payments

• Clients must always pay in advance before any work begins. All payments must be made through approved methods on the platform.
• Creatives are entitled to timely payment upon project completion and approval. Clients are encouraged to review and confirm deliveries promptly.

Project Ownership

Once full payment is made, the client owns the rights to the final approved work. Creatives may only use project content in their portfolios if they receive permission from the client.

Respectful Behavior

Rework values respectful collaboration. Any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination may lead to account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Revisions & Disputes

• Reasonable revisions are expected unless otherwise agreed before the project starts.
• In case of disputes, both parties should first try to resolve the issue through direct communication. If needed, Rework may assist in reaching a fair solution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Clients may cancel a project before work has started for a full refund.
• If a project is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on how much work has been done.
• No refunds are given for completed and delivered work unless agreed upon by both parties.
• Creatives who abandon or fail to complete a project without valid reason may be removed from the platform.

Account Use

Each user is responsible for activities under their account. Sharing login details or using the platform for any fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited.

Changes to Terms

Rework may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the platform means you agree to any new updates.
